3 Deposit Policy

To make a deposit on PuckLuck, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's mobile banking or e-wallet account are not accepted and may result in the transaction being voided and your account being closed.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100 (mobile banking).

• No charges are applied to deposits by PuckLuck; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4 Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus Terms & Conditions

• First Deposit Bonus: 100% (up to BDT 5,000), with a 10x wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

• Bonuses cannot be used on progressive jackpot games.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Any bonus claimed while using a VPN will be considered void.
